| Course Overview |
| The Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club course offers a very straightforward golfing challenge featuring high visibility into generally spacious driving areas and challenging shots into small, sloping, and on five occasions, multi-tiered greens. The exquisite “looks” into the greens are unambiguous, as the aware player will always know what is in store for him as to the flagstick location and green surrounds. It is incumbent upon the player to not “short side” himself as chipping and short pitching from the variable terrain and thick Bermuda grass rough can make even very short shots almost impossible to execute successfully. Because of the small sloping putting surfaces the course rewards accurate play into greens and a keen and steady putting touch. |
